Jan Durrant¹s background combines a Master of Music Degree with a Piano Pedagogy emphasis from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas with more than thirty years of experience as a professional pianist and teacher. She has taught classroom music at all age levels and also owned and operated a commerecial teaching studio. Mrs. Durrant was also a church organist and choir director for fifteen years both in the United States and in Nurnberg, Germany. She currently teaches in private piano studio in the Woodlands, Texas as well as teaching piano workshops throughout Texas.
